First your osteopath will take a detailed medical history from you, followed by a gentle physical examination. This will allow the practitioner to make an holistic diagnosis of your symptoms. We will look at your posture through passive and active movements, and will start the gentle but powerful Osteopathic treatment which will consist of a general actuation of soft tissue release techniques and cranial manipulation.

We treat the person not the condition and, because the treatment is so gentle, is suitable for newborn babies to the very elderly.

What does cranial treatment feel like?
